【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建乳腺癌基因藥物網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,提取并預(yù)測(cè)乳腺癌相關(guān)基因藥物間的關(guān)聯(lián)。方法基于"ABC理論"和關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,提出一種生物實(shí)體間關(guān)聯(lián)算法,以乳腺癌為例,提取乳腺癌相關(guān)基因與基因、藥物與藥物、基因與藥物3種不同層次的關(guān)聯(lián),采用R語(yǔ)言實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的可視化,最后利用ROC曲線(xiàn)驗(yàn)證算法可靠性。結(jié)果得到乳腺癌相關(guān)基因185種,98種不同關(guān)聯(lián);乳腺癌相關(guān)藥物97種,170種不同關(guān)聯(lián);乳腺癌相關(guān)基因與藥物網(wǎng)絡(luò)中含有127種基因和77種藥物,共384種不同關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)論乳腺癌的基因藥物之間存在大量不同強(qiáng)度的關(guān)聯(lián),并且發(fā)現(xiàn)一些具有高度關(guān)聯(lián)但尚未驗(yàn)證的生物實(shí)體對(duì),為乳腺癌個(gè)性化診治提供了新的研究思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a network model of breast cancer gene drugs and to extract and predict the association between breast cancer related gene drugs. Methods based on "ABC theory" and association rules, an association algorithm between biological entities was proposed. Taking breast cancer as an example, three different levels of association between breast cancer related genes and genes, drugs and drugs, genes and drugs were extracted. The R language is used to realize the visualization of the network model. Finally, the reliability of the algorithm is verified by ROC curve. Results there were 185 genes associated with breast cancer, 98 different associations, 97 breast cancer related drugs and 170 different associations. There were 127 genes and 77 drugs in the drug network with 384 different associations. Conclusion there are a large number of different intensities of association between gene drugs in breast cancer, and some highly correlated but unverified biological entity pairs have been found, which provides a new research idea for individualized diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
