γ-氨基丁酸對大骨雞生產(chǎn)性能和下丘腦采食調(diào)控相關(guān)基因調(diào)控研究
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of 緯 -aminobutyric acid (GABA) on growth performance and hypothalamic feeding related gene expression in large bone chickens, 120 21-day-old chickens were divided into 4 groups and supplemented with GABA _ 0 _ (50) and 500 mg/kg, respectively in basal diet. The experiment lasted 2 weeks. The production performance of each group was analyzed and the mRNA expression of MC4R and POMC genes in hypothalamus of NPY,AgRp,GABAA- 偽 1 mc4R and POMC were detected. Results: compared with the control group, the dietary supplementation of 5 mg/kg GABA (low dose) had no significant effect on weight gain (P0.05), and the 50 mg/kg (medium dose) group significantly increased the average daily gain (P0.01). The average daily gain was significantly decreased in the 500 mg/kg (high dose) group (P0.01). Compared with the control group, the expression of GABAA- 偽 _ 1 mRNA and MC4R mRNA in hypothalamus of high-dose group was significantly increased (P0.05), while POMC mRNA and AgRP mRNA were significantly decreased (P0.01), NPY mRNA, P0.05). In high dose group, GABAA- 偽 _ 1 mRNA was significantly decreased (P0.01), NPY mRNA significantly decreased (P0.05), while MC4R mRNA was significantly increased (P0.05). The results showed that diet supplemented with GABA, had an effect on the expression of feed intake regulation genes in hypothalamus of large bone chicken, and there were gender differences.
