【摘要】：為了研究γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)對(duì)大骨雞生產(chǎn)性能和下丘腦采食相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響,將120只21日齡大骨雞分成4組,分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加GABA 0、5、50和500 mg/kg,每組3個(gè)重復(fù),每重復(fù)10只,試驗(yàn)為期2周。分析各組雞生產(chǎn)性能并檢測(cè)下丘腦NPY、AgRp、GABAA-α1、MC4R和POMC基因的mRNA表達(dá)量。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組相比,日糧中添加5 mg/kg GABA(低劑量)對(duì)增重?zé)o顯著影響(P0.05),50 mg/kg(中劑量)組極顯著提高平均日增重(P0.01),500 mg/kg(高劑量)組極顯著降低平均日增重(P0.01)。與對(duì)照相比,高劑量組大骨雞公雞下丘腦GABAA-α_1 mRNA和MC4R mRNA表達(dá)顯著提高(P0.05),而POMC mRNA和AgRP mRNA極顯著降低(P0.01),NPY mRNA無顯著變化(P0.05);高劑量組母雞GABAA-α_1 mRNA極顯著降低(P0.01),NPY mRNA顯著降低(P0.05),而MC4R mRNA顯著提高(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)提示,日糧中添加GABA,對(duì)大骨雞下丘腦采食調(diào)控基因表達(dá)均有影響,且存在性別差異。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of 緯 -aminobutyric acid (GABA) on growth performance and hypothalamic feeding related gene expression in large bone chickens, 120 21-day-old chickens were divided into 4 groups and supplemented with GABA _ 0 _ (50) and 500 mg/kg, respectively in basal diet. The experiment lasted 2 weeks. The production performance of each group was analyzed and the mRNA expression of MC4R and POMC genes in hypothalamus of NPY,AgRp,GABAA- 偽 1 mc4R and POMC were detected. Results: compared with the control group, the dietary supplementation of 5 mg/kg GABA (low dose) had no significant effect on weight gain (P0.05), and the 50 mg/kg (medium dose) group significantly increased the average daily gain (P0.01). The average daily gain was significantly decreased in the 500 mg/kg (high dose) group (P0.01). Compared with the control group, the expression of GABAA- 偽 _ 1 mRNA and MC4R mRNA in hypothalamus of high-dose group was significantly increased (P0.05), while POMC mRNA and AgRP mRNA were significantly decreased (P0.01), NPY mRNA, P0.05). In high dose group, GABAA- 偽 _ 1 mRNA was significantly decreased (P0.01), NPY mRNA significantly decreased (P0.05), while MC4R mRNA was significantly increased (P0.05). The results showed that diet supplemented with GABA, had an effect on the expression of feed intake regulation genes in hypothalamus of large bone chicken, and there were gender differences.
