植物YSL家族基因研究進展

【摘要】:黃色條紋蛋白(Yellow stripe-like protein,YSL)是廣泛存在于植物中的重金屬吸收、轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白,主要參與植物Fe~(3+)的吸收及對Fe~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Ni~(2+)和Mn~(2+)等金屬離子的轉(zhuǎn)運。目前,對于黃色條紋蛋白在植物體內(nèi)的表達模式,亞細(xì)胞定位以及突變體等方面的研究揭示了其在植物生長發(fā)育過程中的作用。綜述了近年來關(guān)于YSL基因在植物中的研究進展,旨為研究植物吸收鐵的作用機理及生物強化谷物籽粒中的鐵含量奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Yellow stripe protein (Yellow stripe-like protein,YSL) is a heavy metal uptake and transporter widely found in plants. It is mainly involved in the absorption of Fe~ (3) and the uptake of Fe~ (2), Zn~ (2), Cu~ (2). Transport of metal ions such as Ni~ (2) and Mn~ (2). At present, studies on the expression pattern, subcellular localization and mutant of yellow stripe protein in plants have revealed its role in plant growth and development. The research progress of YSL gene in plants in recent years was reviewed in order to lay a foundation for studying the mechanism of iron absorption in plants and the iron content in grain.
