【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院住院患者血流感染人葡萄球菌臨床特點(diǎn)及其耐消毒劑基因攜帶情況。方法采用回顧性分析方法和基因檢測(cè)技術(shù),對(duì)河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院住院患者血標(biāo)本中分離人葡萄球菌及其抗消毒劑基因進(jìn)行調(diào)查與檢測(cè)。結(jié)果連續(xù)3年,該醫(yī)院從患者送檢的血標(biāo)本中共檢出病原菌2 897株,其中檢出人葡萄球菌596株,占檢出病原菌總數(shù)的20.57%,標(biāo)本主要來自各科室重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室和呼吸科。所檢出的耐甲氧西林人葡萄球菌對(duì)抗菌藥物耐藥率顯著高于甲氧西林敏感菌株。從93株血流感染人葡萄球菌中檢出32株攜帶耐消毒劑基因qac A/B,檢出率為34.4%。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院住院患者送檢血標(biāo)本中人葡萄球菌檢出率最高,嚴(yán)重耐藥和抗消毒劑基因檢出率均較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics of staphylococcus aureus infected by blood flow and the carrying of disinfectant gene in hospitalized patients. Methods retrospective analysis and gene detection techniques were used to investigate and detect the genes of human staphylococcus and its antidisinfectant in blood samples of patients in the second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. Results for 3 consecutive years, 2897 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected from blood samples of the patients, of which 596 strains of staphylococcus were detected, accounting for 20.57% of the total number of pathogens detected. The samples were mainly collected from intensive care units and respiratory departments in various departments. The antimicrobial resistance of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus was significantly higher than that of methicillin-sensitive strains. 32 of 93 strains of staphylococcus were found to be carrying disinfectant resistant gene qac A / B, and the detection rate was 34. 4%. Conclusion the detection rate of staphylococcus human was the highest, and the detection rate of severe drug resistance and antidisinfectant gene was higher in the blood samples of inpatients in this hospital.
