【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)肺浸潤性腺癌中腫瘤易感基因(TSG)101和上皮型黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)的表達(dá),探討二者關(guān)系及意義。方法確診為肺腺癌的術(shù)后標(biāo)本68例作為觀察組,選擇距腫瘤邊緣3 cm的正常肺組織18例作為對(duì)照組,均留取術(shù)后石蠟包埋的組織,應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)兩組中TSG101和E-cadherin的表達(dá)。結(jié)果兩組中TSG101和E-cadherin表達(dá)的陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),兩組中TSG101和E-cadherin表達(dá)的陽性率與腫瘤的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)(P0.05),TSG101的表達(dá)與腫瘤的分化程度相關(guān)(P0.05),E-cadherin的表達(dá)與腫瘤的胸膜累犯密切相關(guān)(P0.05)。二者均與患者的性別、年齡無關(guān)(P0.05)。線性相關(guān)分析顯示二者在觀察組中的表達(dá)無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 TSG101和Ecadherin在肺腺癌中異常表達(dá)可以促進(jìn)腫瘤的形成和進(jìn)展。TSG101和E-cadherin無明顯的協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of tumor susceptibility gene (TSG) 101 and epithelial adhesion protein (E-cadherin) in invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Sixty-eight cases of postoperative lung adenocarcinoma were selected as observation group and 18 cases of normal lung tissue 3 cm from the margin of the tumor as control group. The paraffin-embedded tissues were collected and the expression of TSG101 and E-cadherin in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results the positive rates of TSG101 and E-cadherin in the two groups were significantly different (P0.01). The positive rates of TSG101 and E-cadherin in the two groups were closely related to the lymph node metastasis of the tumor (P0.05), the expression of TSG101 was correlated with the degree of differentiation of the tumor (P0.05), and the expression of E-cadherin was related to the tumor (P0.05). Pleural recidivist was closely related (P0.05). Both were not related to gender and age (P0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between them in the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion abnormal expression of TSG101 and Ecadherin in lung adenocarcinoma can promote tumor formation and progression, but TSG101 and E-cadherin have no synergistic effect.
