水稻淀粉合成候選基因OsAGPL3與淀粉相關(guān)性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)分析

【摘要】:以不同地理來源77份水稻品種組成關(guān)聯(lián)作圖群體,對水稻淀粉合成相關(guān)候選基因OsAGPL3作序列變異分析,在考慮群體結(jié)構(gòu)影響基礎(chǔ)上,利用連鎖不平衡結(jié)構(gòu)分析和關(guān)聯(lián)分析揭示該基因與淀粉相關(guān)性狀關(guān)系,發(fā)掘與直鏈淀粉含量、支鏈淀粉含量、膠稠度和糊化溫度相關(guān)優(yōu)異等位變異。OsAGPL3基因多態(tài)性分析表明,在編碼區(qū)和非編碼區(qū)內(nèi)共發(fā)現(xiàn)200個SNP和44個Indel,LD衰減距離為1 260 bp(R2=0.1),11個多態(tài)性位點與淀粉相關(guān)性狀存在顯著關(guān)聯(lián),其中5個位點可引起氨基酸改變,試驗群體可分為12種單體型。
[Abstract]:77 rice varieties from different geographical sources were used to construct an associated mapping population. The sequence variation analysis of rice starch synthesis candidate gene OsAGPL3 was carried out on the basis of considering the effect of population structure. The linkage disequilibrium structure analysis and association analysis were used to reveal the relationship between the gene and starch-related traits, and to explore the excellent allelic variations related to amylose content, amylopectin content, gel consistency and gelatinization temperature. The attenuation distances of 200 SNP and 44 Indel,LD were found to be 1 260 bp (R2X 0. 1) in the coding and non coding regions. There was a significant association between the 11 polymorphic loci and starch-related traits, 5 of which could cause amino acid changes, and the population could be divided into 12 haplotypes.
