氮素對不同基因型紫玉米光合特性及氮素利用效率的影響

【摘要】:以3個不同血緣的紫玉米雜交組合ZS15、FS11和68G1為供試材料進(jìn)行大田試驗(yàn),研究不同氮肥水平[不施氮肥(N0)和施純N 225kg/hm2(N225)]對不同基因型紫玉米光合特性及氮素利用效率的影響。結(jié)果表明:與N0處理相比,N225處理下紫玉米單株葉片的凈光合速率(P_n)、葉面指數(shù)(LAI)、SPAD值、最大光化學(xué)效率(F_v/F_m)、PSⅡ活性(F_v/F_o)、葉片氮質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別較N0處理平均提高9.21%、7.51%、3.78%、1.94%、13.72%、5.75%,且不同基因型紫玉米光合特性對氮肥反應(yīng)不同。相關(guān)分析表明,開花期紫玉米穗上葉和穗位葉的SPAD值與葉片含氮量呈極顯著正相關(guān),紫玉米氮素利用效率和產(chǎn)量分別與開花期、灌漿期、成熟期的SPAD值呈極顯著正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.853、0.860、0.973與0.819、0.827、0.985。紫玉米氮素利用效率和產(chǎn)量與開花期的P_n呈極顯著正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.999和0.994。LAI差異不是紫玉米氮素利用效率和產(chǎn)量差異的原因。紫玉米葉片的葉綠素F_v/F_m與氮素利用效率和產(chǎn)量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為-0.502和-0.554。
