【摘要】：目的:分析OSAHS與腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)-α及鋅指蛋白36(ZFP36)基因多態(tài)性的相關(guān)性。方法:以204例OSAHS患者為研究組,同時(shí)選取同期97例健康體檢者作為對(duì)照組。通過TaqMan-PCR方法對(duì)2組的ZFP36位點(diǎn)(rs17879933、rs3746083、rs251864)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),采用放射免疫法對(duì)TNF-α及其他生化指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),采用Monet32導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)記錄所有入選者夜間睡眠呼吸相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:研究組TNF-α、總膽固醇、血尿酸、舒張壓、收縮壓、BMI、腹圍以及頸圍均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。研究組與對(duì)照組在ZFP36rs251864與rs17879933位點(diǎn)的基因型及等位基因頻率分布差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。rs251864GG及rs17879933Ⅱ基因型患者的腹圍、BMI、TNF-α、三酰甘油(TG)水平均明顯高于同一位點(diǎn)的其他2個(gè)基因型(P0.05)。ZFP36的3個(gè)位點(diǎn)不同基因型間所有的睡眠呼吸監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)均差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果表明,在對(duì)性別、年齡等一系列因素予以控制后,未發(fā)現(xiàn)ZFP36的3個(gè)位點(diǎn)基因多態(tài)性與OSAHS之間存在相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:ZFP36可能是通過調(diào)節(jié)TNF-α等炎癥因子及干預(yù)代謝參與OSAHS的發(fā)病進(jìn)程,ZFP36的3個(gè)位點(diǎn)的突變不是OSAHS發(fā)生的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the association of OSAHS with tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-偽 and zinc finger protein 36 (ZFP36) gene polymorphism. Methods: 204 patients with OSAHS were selected as study group and 97 healthy persons as control group. The ZFP36 locus (rs17879933,rs3746083,rs251864) was detected by TaqMan-PCR method, TNF- 偽 and other biochemical indexes were detected by radioimmunoassay, and the nocturnal sleep-related indexes were recorded by Monet32 guide system. Results: the levels of TNF- 偽, total cholesterol, uric acid, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, abdominal circumference and neck circumference in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05).
