家蠅Prohibitin基因的生物信息學分析

【摘要】:為對家蠅Prohibitin蛋白序列進行生物信息學分析,從而為該基因功能研究奠定基礎。利用在線分析程序和相關工具軟件分析Prohibitin蛋白的理化性質、結構域、并預測其空間結構和功能。結果表明家蠅Prohibitin蛋白由277個氨基酸組成,分子量為30.54 k Da,理論等電點為5.26,為穩(wěn)定蛋白,有跨膜區(qū),但不含信號肽,該蛋白屬于PHB保守結構域家族,亞細胞定位于細胞質,二級結構以α-螺旋為主。蛋白同源性比對結果顯示,昆蟲中的Prohibitin蛋白具有較高的同源性。這些分析結果可為今后深入研究該蛋白的結構特征和功能提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to make bioinformatics analysis of Prohibitin protein sequence in housefly, and lay a foundation for the study of the function of this gene. The physical and chemical properties, domain, spatial structure and function of Prohibitin protein were analyzed by on-line analysis program and related software. The results showed that the Prohibitin protein was composed of 277 amino acids and its molecular weight was 30.54 k Da, with a theoretical isoelectric point of 5.26. The protein was a stable protein with a transmembrane region, but no signal peptide. The protein belonged to the PHB conserved domain family and the subcells were located in the cytoplasm. The secondary structure is 偽-helix. The results of homology analysis showed that the Prohibitin protein in insects had high homology. These results may provide a reference for the further study of the structure and function of the protein.
