雞RB1基因的生物信息學(xué)分析

【摘要】:以雞的RB1基因?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,運(yùn)用生物信息學(xué)的方法對(duì)雞等15種動(dòng)物的RB1蛋白進(jìn)行了多序列比對(duì)分析、分子進(jìn)化分析及蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)分析,同時(shí)還比較了雞、人及鼠的RB1基因結(jié)構(gòu)、啟動(dòng)子結(jié)構(gòu)以及3'端非編碼區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:雞和人RB1基因的進(jìn)化關(guān)系較近,但是,從啟動(dòng)子結(jié)構(gòu)、3'端非編碼區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)來看,雞RB1基因與人和小鼠的同源性很低。研究結(jié)果可以為下一步雞RB1基因的功能研究提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Using the RB1 gene of chicken as the research object, the RB1 protein of 15 kinds of animals were analyzed by bioinformatics. The molecular evolution analysis and protein structure analysis were carried out. The RB1 gene structure of chicken, human and mouse were also compared. Boot substructure and 3'- end non-coding region structure. The results showed that the evolutionary relationship between chicken RB1 gene and human RB1 gene was close, but chicken RB1 gene had low homology with human and mouse from the 3'noncoding region structure of promoter substructure. The results can provide reference for the further study on the function of chicken RB1 gene.
