氮素和Wx基因缺失對小麥淀粉生物合成的影響

【摘要】:【目的】通過不同氮素施用水平,明確氮肥水平及灌漿時期對小麥Wx近等基因系籽粒淀粉含量的影響!痉椒ā恳詫廂14為背景的8個小麥Wx近等基因系為材料,不施底肥、在三葉期追施0、150、300、450、600kg/hm~2的尿素作為氮素梯度,測定灌漿7、14、21、28、35 d的小麥籽粒直鏈、支鏈淀粉和總淀粉含量!窘Y果】Wx基因型、灌漿時間對小麥籽粒的直鏈淀粉、支鏈淀粉和總淀粉含量產(chǎn)生顯著影響,而氮素水平未引起淀粉含量及成分產(chǎn)生顯著變化;淀粉合成在花后10 d以后極大加快、而到灌漿結束又明顯趨緩!窘Y論】3個Wx基因直鏈淀粉的合成能力Wx-B1Wx-D1Wx-A1,其中Wx-D1和Wx-A1基因的綜合作用與Wx-B1基本相當。
[Abstract]:[objective] to determine the effect of nitrogen fertilizer level and grain filling stage on the grain starch content of wheat WX near isogenic lines through different nitrogen application levels. [methods] eight WX near-isogenic lines of wheat with Ningmai 14 as background were used as materials, and no basal fertilizer was applied. The content of amylose, amylopectin and total starch in grain of wheat with grain filling (7141421C 2835d) was determined by applying urea of 0150300450600kg/hm~2 at three-leaf stage as nitrogen gradient. [results] WX genotype and grain filling time were used to determine the amylose content of wheat grain, [results] WX genotypes and grain filling time were used to determine the amylose content of wheat grain. Amylopectin and total starch content were significantly affected, while nitrogen level did not cause significant changes in starch content and composition, starch synthesis was greatly accelerated 10 days after anthesis. By the end of filling, the synthesis ability of Wx-B1Wx-D1Wx-A1Wx-A1Wx-A1Wx-B1Wx-D1Wx-A1Wx-A1Wx-B1Wx-D1Wx-A1Wx-A1Wx-B1Wx-D1Wx-A1Wx-A1Wx-A1@@
