大豆品種鄭97196對疫霉根腐病的抗性遺傳分析及基因定位
[Abstract]:Phytophthora sojae root rot caused by Phytophthora sojae is a worldwide disease of soybean, which has a great impact on Yield and quality. It is the most economical and effective method to control the disease-resistant varieties. Resistance of soybean to Phytophthora sojae can be divided into complete resistance controlled by single gene and partial resistance controlled by multiple genes. Zheng 97196, a soybean variety with resistance to Phytophthora sojae, was crossed with soybean susceptible strain X242003 to construct F_ (2:3) recombinant inbred family population. The resistance genetic analysis of the parents and F_ (2:3) population of Phytophthora sojae strain He N35 was carried out and the resistance gene of Zheng 97196 was mapped by SSR technique. Resistance to Phytophthora sojae was controlled by a pair of dominant single genes. Resistance to Phytophthora sojae was dominant. Nine strains of Phytophthora sojae with different virulence formulas were inoculated with Zheng 97196 and 14 soybean cultivars (identification hosts) with a single resistance gene recognized at home and abroad. The resistance types were observed and recorded. The results showed that Zheng 97196 was resistant to Phytophthora so The reaction type was different from that of the 14 identified hosts. It was speculated that the gene might contain a new resistance gene, tentatively named Rps Zheng. SSR molecular mapping analysis showed that the gene was located between satt485 and satt584 in the N linkage group of soybean molecular genetic map, and the distances between the two markers were 2.1 and 3.7 cM, respectively.
