北京市2016年發(fā)現(xiàn)流行性腮腺炎G基因型病毒

【摘要】:通過對北京市2004~2016年流行性腮腺炎的流行特征、病毒監(jiān)測及SH基因序列的分析,與我國其他省份及全球參考病毒株序列進行同源性比較,闡述北京市腮腺炎病毒基因型分布和變異情況,報告新發(fā)現(xiàn)的G基因型病毒與我國其他地區(qū)病毒的相似性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)從2007年隨有免疫史病例增多病毒分離率明顯下降,2010~2016年下降到10%以下。2016年分離到3株腮腺炎病毒,2株得到基因分型結(jié)果其中一株為F基因型,另一株G基因型。G基因型病毒與2011年陜西省流行的G基因型病毒最為接近。2004年至今,F基因型病毒一直為北京本地流行株。北京將腮腺炎納入免疫規(guī)劃后,隨著本地優(yōu)勢流行病毒株的減少,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其他基因型病毒,因此應加強病毒監(jiān)測,盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)并阻斷新的病毒傳播鏈。
[Abstract]:The epidemic characteristics, virus surveillance and SH gene sequence of mumps in Beijing from 2004 to 2016 were compared with those of other provinces in China and the global reference virus strains. This paper describes the distribution and variation of mumps virus genotypes in Beijing, and reports the similarity between the newly discovered G genotype virus and other viruses in other regions of China. It was found that the isolation rate of mumps virus decreased significantly from 2007 to 2016 with the increase of cases with immunological history. In 2016, 3 mumps virus strains and 2 strains of mumps virus strains were genotyped, one of which was genotype F. The other G genotype. G genotype virus is the most close to the 2011 G genotype virus in Shaanxi Province, and the F genotype virus has been the endemic strain in Beijing since 2004. After mumps was included in the immunization program, other genotypes were found with the decrease of local dominant epidemic virus strains. Therefore, virus surveillance should be strengthened to detect and block the new virus transmission chain as soon as possible.
