【摘要】：縱觀生物學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的歷史,人們會驚訝地發(fā)現(xiàn),兩者之間始終存在千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系,彼此借鑒、相互滲透并互相促進(jìn)。21世紀(jì)初,隨著人類基因組測定的完成和計算機(jī)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,研究人員獲得了更全面的人類分子遺傳學(xué)信息并把這些信息用于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方面的研究,以此提出了"基因經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)"(genoeconomics)這一術(shù)語。本文詳細(xì)描述了基因經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)這一新興學(xué)科的發(fā)展歷程,介紹了行為遺傳學(xué)、分子遺傳學(xué)與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)聯(lián)系到一起的過程;在此基礎(chǔ)上,討論了基因經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)不同的研究方法,特別是其全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)研究如何分析及利用分子遺傳學(xué)信息的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義;最后綜述了目前基因經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的主要成果和研究預(yù)期,以及基因經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的主要貢獻(xiàn)和遇到的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Throughout the history of biological and economic research, one will be surprised to find that there are always inextricable links between the two, to learn from each other, to infiltrate each other, and to promote each other in the early 2000s. With the completion of human genome determination and the advancement of computer technology, researchers have obtained more comprehensive information on human molecular genetics and applied it to the study of economics, thus putting forward the term "genetic economics" (genoeconomics). In this paper, the development of genetic economics as a new subject is described in detail, and the processes of behavioral genetics, molecular genetics and economics are introduced, on the basis of which different research methods of genetic economics are discussed. In particular, how to analyze and utilize the economic significance of molecular genetic information in its genome-wide association study is reviewed. Finally, the main achievements and research prospects of gene economics are reviewed. And the main contributions and challenges of genetic economics research.
