以基因型表型共同祖征為基礎(chǔ)的石耳科屬級分類研究(英文)

【摘要】:本文首先提出了地衣型真菌系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)及其3大存取系統(tǒng)是自然界生物多樣性與地衣資源研發(fā)之間橋梁的概念。其次,以基因型與表型為基礎(chǔ)的共同祖征綜合分析解決了分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)未能解決的石耳科屬級分類問題。第三,通過基因型與表型共同祖征的綜合分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了邊緣種在石耳科屬級分化中的存在。對于邊緣種的概念進行了具體分析和論述。研究結(jié)果表明,石耳科及其各屬均為單系類群。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept of lichen-type fungi system biology and its three large access systems is proposed as a bridge between natural biodiversity and lichen resources research and development. Secondly, based on genotype and phenotypic analysis, the problem of molecular phylogeny was solved. Thirdly, through the Synthetical analysis of genotype and phenotypes, we found that marginal species exist in the differentiation of the genus Stelidae. The concept of marginal species is analyzed and discussed in detail. The results show that the family Stellaceae and its genera are monophyletic groups.
