【摘要】：目的探討滋陰清熱藥對狼瘡鼠腎組織自噬基因atg16L1和細(xì)胞焦亡炎癥因子的影響。方法以滋陰清熱方干預(yù)狼瘡鼠,免疫組織化學(xué)方法觀察自噬基因atg16L1腎組織中的組織形態(tài),定量PCR檢測atg16L1基因表達(dá),同時(shí)檢測腎組織細(xì)胞焦亡上下游炎癥因子Caspase-1,IL-1β以及足細(xì)胞靶抗原Nephrin,Actinin4。結(jié)果滋陰清熱藥能提高狼瘡模型鼠組腎組織自噬基因atg16L1的表達(dá)(P0.01),降低細(xì)胞焦亡炎癥因子IL-1β(P0.01)以及足細(xì)胞靶抗原Nephrin表達(dá)(P0.05)。結(jié)論滋陰清熱藥能調(diào)控狼瘡鼠腎組織自噬基因atg16L1,減輕免疫炎癥和器官損害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Ziyin Qingre drug on autophagy gene atg16 L1 and inflammatory factor of pyrolysis in renal tissue of rats with lupus erythematosus. Methods the renal tissue morphology of autophagy gene atg16L1 was observed by immunohistochemical method, and the expression of atg16L1 gene was detected by quantitative PCR. At the same time, the inflammatory factor Caspase-1 and IL-1 尾 and the target antigen Nephrinin 4 were detected. Results ZYQR could increase the expression of autophagy gene atg16L1 (P0.01), decrease the expression of IL-1 尾 (P0.01) and the target antigen Nephrin of podocyte (P0.05). Conclusion ZYQR can regulate autophagy gene atg16L 1 in renal tissue of lupus rats and relieve immune inflammation and organ damage.
