【摘要】：下一代基因測序技術(shù)是基因測序發(fā)展中的一項革命性的進步,它在大幅度提高了測序通量的同時降低了測序成本。目前,下一代基因測序技術(shù)在臨床診斷及治療上的潛在應用價值已成為研究熱點。惡性腫瘤的發(fā)病及預后與患者基因水平改變密切相關(guān),該技術(shù)應用于臨床可以通過檢測個體基因改變,使惡性腫瘤的診斷和治療更具有針對性,從而推動個體化治療的進程。本綜述將闡述下一代基因測序技術(shù)在惡性腫瘤中的臨床應用。
[Abstract]:The next generation gene sequencing technology is a revolutionary progress in the development of gene sequencing. It greatly increases the sequencing throughput and reduces the cost of sequencing. At present, the potential application value of next generation gene sequencing technology in clinical diagnosis and treatment has become a research hotspot. The pathogenesis and prognosis of malignant tumors are closely related to the changes of gene level of patients. The application of this technique in clinic can make the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors more targeted and promote the process of individualized treatment. This review will review the clinical application of next generation gene sequencing in malignant tumors.
