【摘要】：目的:探討中國漢族人群腦梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)與脂聯(lián)素(ADIPOQ)基因多態(tài)性的相關性。方法:選取武進醫(yī)院住院者,其中腦梗死患者(病例組)208例,排除腦梗死者(對照組)256例。所有入選者均排除有炎癥、風濕、肝腎功能不全和腫瘤等疾病及長期服用藥物史。記錄研究對象的臨床資料,如性別、年齡、吸煙史、高血壓史、糖尿病史和血脂水平等。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血清脂聯(lián)素水平,并采用聚合酶鏈反應-限制性片段長度多態(tài)性技術檢測脂聯(lián)素基因多態(tài)性。應用SPSS17.0數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計軟件對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果:1.本研究人群存在脂聯(lián)素基因-11377C/G多態(tài)性;2.脂聯(lián)素基因-11377C/G多態(tài)性與血清水平及腦梗死均有相關性。結(jié)論:中國漢族人群中血清脂聯(lián)素水平降低與腦梗死相關,脂聯(lián)素基因多態(tài)性與腦梗死相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the association between adiponectin (ADIPOQ) gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction (cerebral) in Chinese Han population. Methods: 208 patients with cerebral infarction (case group) and 256 patients with excluded cerebral infarction (control group) were selected from Wujin Hospital. All patients were excluded from inflammation, rheumatism, liver and kidney dysfunction, tumor and long-term medication history. The clinical data, such as sex, age, smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history and blood lipid level, were recorded. Serum adiponectin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and adiponectin gene polymorphisms were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the experimental data. The result is 1: 1. Adiponectin gene-11377C / G polymorphism was found in this study population. Adiponectin gene-11377C / G polymorphism was associated with serum level and cerebral infarction. Conclusion: the decrease of serum adiponectin level is associated with cerebral infarction, and adiponectin gene polymorphism is associated with cerebral infarction.
