大豆GmFDL06基因抗干旱及耐鹽性研究

【摘要】:bZIP轉(zhuǎn)錄因子在植物防衛(wèi)反應和逆境脅迫應答過程中起著十分重要的作用,大豆GmFDL06是bZIP轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族A組成員,其表達水平受PEG和高鹽脅迫影響。本研究分析了GmFDL06轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆苗期的抗干旱和耐鹽性。PEG和鹽處理后GmFDL06轉(zhuǎn)基因植株的相對植株高度(RPH)和相對植株干重(RSDW)顯著高于非轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆東農(nóng)50。在鹽脅迫下,GmFDL06轉(zhuǎn)基因植株比東農(nóng)50傷害程度低,并且GmFDL06過表達減少了Na~+離子積累,降低了鹽脅迫帶來的傷害,且過表達GmFDL06促進了下游逆境脅迫基因的表達。這些研究結(jié)果表明GmFDL06參與大豆非生物脅迫反應,并有潛力改善大豆的干旱和鹽脅迫耐受性,為大豆抗逆基因的研究及抗逆大豆材料的篩選提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:BZIP transcription factor plays an important role in plant defense response and stress response. Soybean GmFDL06 is a member of bZIP transcription factor family A, and its expression level is affected by PEG and high salt stress. The drought and salt tolerance of GmFDL06 transgenic soybean seedlings. PEG and relative plant height (RPH) and relative plant dry weight (RSDW) of GmFDL06 transgenic soybean after salt treatment were significantly higher than those of non-transgenic soybean Dongnong 50. The damage of GmFDL06 transgenic plants under salt stress was lower than that of Dongnong 50, and the overexpression of GmFDL06 decreased the Na ~ + accumulation and the damage caused by salt stress, and the overexpression of GmFDL06 promoted the expression of downstream stress genes. These results indicated that GmFDL06 was involved in the abiotic stress response of soybean and had the potential to improve the tolerance of soybean to drought and salt stress, which provided a basis for the study of soybean stress resistance genes and the screening of stress resistant soybean materials.
