不同物種TYR基因編碼蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)及功能的生物信息學(xué)分析

【摘要】:利用生物信息學(xué)方法對13個(gè)物種TYR基因編碼蛋白的理化性質(zhì),以及一級、二級、三級結(jié)構(gòu)和亞細(xì)胞定位進(jìn)行預(yù)測和分析,同時(shí)擬構(gòu)建13個(gè)物種TYR基因的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹。結(jié)果表明:TYR基因編碼產(chǎn)物為不穩(wěn)定蛋白(貉子除外),整條多肽鏈表現(xiàn)出親水性。二級結(jié)構(gòu)主要為α螺旋、β折疊,β轉(zhuǎn)角區(qū)域分布少且散,均存在信號肽和跨膜區(qū),可以判斷TYR基因編碼蛋白是定位于生物膜上的膜蛋白或分泌蛋白,主要在嘌呤和嘧啶、運(yùn)輸和結(jié)合、電壓門控離子通道及轉(zhuǎn)錄中發(fā)揮作用。各物種TYR基因編碼產(chǎn)物主要定位于內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)、高爾基體以及細(xì)胞質(zhì)膜。除原雞外,其他物種該蛋白均存在跨膜區(qū),貉子有2個(gè)跨膜區(qū)域。各物種系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹與動(dòng)物學(xué)進(jìn)化觀點(diǎn)基本一致。
[Abstract]:The physicochemical properties, primary, secondary and tertiary structures and subcellular localization of the protein encoding TYR gene in 13 species were predicted and analyzed by bioinformatics method. The phylogenetic tree of TYR gene in 13 species was constructed at the same time. The results showed that the product encoded by the TYR gene was unstable protein (except raccoon dog) and the whole polypeptide chain was hydrophilic. The secondary structure is mainly 偽 -helix, 尾 -folding, 尾 -corner region distribution and dispersion, and there are signal peptides and transmembrane regions. It can be judged that TYR gene encoded protein is membrane protein or secretory protein located on biofilm, mainly in purine and pyrimidine. Transport and binding, voltage-gated ion channels and transcription play a role. The encoding products of TYR gene were mainly located in endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus and cytoplasmic membrane. Except for the original chicken, all other species had transmembrane region, and raccoon had two transmembrane regions. The phylogenetic tree of each species is basically consistent with the viewpoint of zoological evolution.
