白粉病對(duì)小麥品種西農(nóng)979籽粒淀粉合成關(guān)鍵酶基因表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:為了揭示白粉病對(duì)花后小麥籽粒淀粉合成的影響機(jī)制,以小麥品種西農(nóng)979為材料,利用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR技術(shù)研究白粉病不同發(fā)病程度對(duì)小麥籽粒淀粉合成相關(guān)酶基因表達(dá)的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著感病程度的增加,小麥籽粒的腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶基因AGPase、淀粉分支酶基因SBE和可溶性淀粉合成酶基因SSS的表達(dá)均被抑制,其酶活性下降;束縛態(tài)淀粉合成酶I基因GBSSⅠ的表達(dá)量和酶活性均高于對(duì)照;去分支酶基因DBE的表達(dá)量與對(duì)照相比沒有明顯變化,但其酶活性在病害高峰期高于對(duì)照;支鏈淀粉含量和總淀粉含量顯著降低,而直鏈淀粉含量增加。由此可知,白粉病通過(guò)改變籽粒淀粉合成相關(guān)酶基因的表達(dá)及活性而影響淀粉的積累。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the effect of powdery mildew on starch synthesis in post-anthesis wheat grain, wheat variety Xinong 979 was used as the material. The effect of different degrees of powdery mildew on the gene expression of starch synthase in wheat grain was studied by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The results showed that the expression of AGPase gene, starch branching enzyme gene SBE and soluble starch synthase gene SSS were inhibited and the enzyme activity decreased with the increase of susceptibility.
