12株牛源肺炎克雷伯菌ESBLs類抗生素的耐藥性與耐藥基因檢測

【摘要】:為了解重慶地區(qū)12株牛源肺炎克雷伯菌的超廣譜β-內(nèi)酰胺酶耐藥性及ESBLs基因型分布情況,該試驗采用紙片擴(kuò)散法對12株肺炎克雷伯菌進(jìn)行超廣譜抗菌藥物的敏感性檢測,通過PCR方法檢測其所產(chǎn)生的耐藥基因類型.結(jié)果表明:12株菌對阿莫西林、氨芐西林的耐藥率均為100%,頭孢噻吩和先鋒霉素Ⅴ的耐藥率為17%,頭孢曲松的耐藥率為0%.產(chǎn)ESBLs菌株3種耐藥基因TEM,SHV,CTX-M的檢出率分別為100%,42%,67%,以TEM的檢出率最高.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the resistance of extended-spectrum 尾 -lactamases and the distribution of ESBLs genotypes in 12 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae in Chongqing area, the susceptibility of 12 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae to extended-spectrum antimicrobial agents was detected by disk diffusion method. The type of drug resistance gene was detected by PCR. The results showed that the resistance rates of 12 strains to amoxicillin and ampicillin were 100, 17 to cefthiophene and ceftriaxone 鈪,
