【摘要】:[目的]評(píng)價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)基因庫(kù)安托楊可能引起的生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。[方法]利用PCR擴(kuò)增研究外源基因水平轉(zhuǎn)移情況,利用稀釋平板法研究土壤中細(xì)菌、真菌和放線菌數(shù)量。[結(jié)果]電泳結(jié)果顯示:林下雜草混合樣品和土壤微生物DNA樣品中均未出現(xiàn)目的基因片段。轉(zhuǎn)基因株系和非轉(zhuǎn)基因株系的非根際土壤中可培養(yǎng)的細(xì)菌、真菌和放線菌數(shù)量在楊樹(shù)的不同生長(zhǎng)期出現(xiàn)一定的變化,但是這種變化沒(méi)有明顯的規(guī)律。[結(jié)論]8年生轉(zhuǎn)基因庫(kù)安托楊未出現(xiàn)外源基因水平轉(zhuǎn)移,也未對(duì)土壤微生物的數(shù)量產(chǎn)生顯著影響。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the ecological risk of transgenic Cuantuo poplar. [methods] the horizontal transfer of exogenous genes was studied by PCR amplification, and the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in soil was studied by dilution plate method. [results] Electrophoretic results showed that there were no target gene fragments in mixed weed samples and soil microbial DNA samples. The number of culturable bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in non-rhizosphere soil of transgenic and non-transgenic strains changed in different growth stages of poplar, but there was no obvious change in this change. [conclusion] there was no horizontal transfer of exogenous gene and no significant effect on soil microorganism quantity in 8-year-old transgenic Cuantuo poplar.
