【摘要】：CRISPR-Cas9系統(tǒng)是生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)基因動物的有力的基因組編輯工具,具有制作相對簡單、成本相對較低的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可快速用于基因敲除、基因定點(diǎn)突變和基因修復(fù)等,在動物基因組定點(diǎn)改造、編輯、疾病控制和治療中具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。文章從CRISPR-Cas9系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)原理、研究進(jìn)展和應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)行描述,旨在闡明CRISPR-Cas9系統(tǒng)的原理及在動物基因組編輯方面的優(yōu)勢和局限,為動物生產(chǎn)、動物基因組編輯、遺傳疾病的治療等研究提供支撐。
[Abstract]:CRISPR-Cas9 system is a powerful genome-editing tool for producing transgenic animals. It has the advantages of relatively simple fabrication and relatively low cost. It can be quickly used in gene knockout, gene site-directed mutation, gene repair and so on. Editing, disease control and treatment have broad application prospects. This paper describes the technical principle, research progress and application of CRISPR-Cas9 system. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the principle of CRISPR-Cas9 system and its advantages and limitations in animal genome editing. Research on the treatment of genetic diseases provides support.
