【摘要】:大豆突變體Gmdwarf1具有矮化晚花性狀。經(jīng)赤霉素處理以后,大豆Gmdwarf1恢復(fù)株高表型,且可以向生殖生長(zhǎng)階段轉(zhuǎn)變。研究大豆Gmdwarf1矮化晚花性狀遺傳規(guī)律,定位大豆矮化晚花基因座,有助于分離及克隆大豆矮化晚花基因并解析該基因功能,有助于研究大豆成花發(fā)育過(guò)程中是否存在赤霉素途徑以及赤霉素途徑中的分子機(jī)制,有助于探明大豆株高遺傳和株高形成的生化及分子機(jī)理,有助于大豆株型育種、生育期育種工作。本研究分析了大豆野生型中黃39和突變體Gmdwarf1的株高-開(kāi)花性狀遺傳穩(wěn)定性和種子成株能力;利用遺傳穩(wěn)定的大豆Gmdwarf1和中黃39配制雜交組合,根據(jù)F1世代和F2世代株高-開(kāi)花性狀表型及其數(shù)量,研究了大豆矮化晚花性狀遺傳規(guī)律;以Gmdwarf1和中黃39雜交的F2代為基因定位群體,利用BSA法對(duì)大豆矮化晚花基因座進(jìn)行了定位。研究結(jié)果如下:1.大豆矮化晚花突變體Gmdwarf1種子成株率較低,極顯著低于株高-開(kāi)花正常的野生型大豆。大豆突變體Gmdwarf1矮化晚花和野生型株高-開(kāi)花正常性狀均可以穩(wěn)定地遺傳給后代。2.大豆突變體Gmdwarf1的矮化晚花性狀受控于一對(duì)隱性核基因。3.大豆突變體Gmdwarf1的矮化晚花基因座初步定位于大豆K連鎖群上Satt417,Satt264及Satt337等3個(gè)分子標(biāo)記所在的周邊區(qū)域內(nèi),矮化晚花基因座與SSR分子標(biāo)記Satt417和Satt337之間的遺傳距離分別為14.4cM和12.8cM。
[Abstract]:Soybean mutant Gmdwarf1 has the character of dwarf late flower. After gibberellin treatment, soybean Gmdwarf1 recovered high phenotype and could change to reproductive growth stage. It is helpful to isolate and clone the dwarf late flower gene of soybean and to analyze its function by studying the inheritance of dwarf late flower character of soybean Gmdwarf1 and mapping the locus of dwarf late flower gene in soybean. It is helpful to study whether there is gibberellin pathway and the molecular mechanism of gibberellin pathway in the process of soybean flower formation, to investigate the biochemical and molecular mechanism of plant height inheritance and plant height formation in soybean, and to help soybean plant type breeding. Breeding during growth period. The genetic stability of plant height and flowering characters and seed adult ability of wild type of soybean Zhonghuang 39 and mutant Gmdwarf1 were analyzed, and hybrid combinations were prepared by using genetically stable soybean Gmdwarf1 and Zhonghuang 39. Based on the phenotype and quantity of plant height and flowering characters of F1 and F2 generations, the genetic rules of dwarf late flower characters in soybean were studied, and the F2 generation of Gmdwarf1 and Zhonghuang 39 were used as gene mapping populations. The loci of dwarf late flower loci of soybean were mapped by BSA method. The results are as follows: 1. The seed adult rate of dwarf late-flower mutant Gmdwarf1 was lower than that of wild type soybean with normal flowering height. Soybean mutant Gmdwarf1 dwarf late flower and wild type plant height-flowering normal characters can be inherited to progeny. 2. The dwarf late flower character of soybean mutant Gmdwarf1 was controlled by a pair of recessive nuclear genes. The dwarf late flower locus of soybean mutant Gmdwarf1 was located in the peripheral region of three molecular markers, Satt417Satt264 and Satt337, on the K linkage group of soybean. The genetic distance between the dwarf late flower locus and SSR marker Satt417 and Satt337 was 14.4cM and 12.8 cm, respectively.
