基于基因遺傳算法和γ律狀態(tài)方程的JWL狀態(tài)方程參數(shù)計(jì)算

【摘要】:JWL狀態(tài)方程參數(shù)的快速、準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算對(duì)新型炸藥研究具有重要意義。給出了利用基因遺傳算法根據(jù)C-J條件和Hugoniot關(guān)系式確定的3個(gè)相容方程,對(duì)炸藥爆轟產(chǎn)物γ律狀態(tài)方程p-V曲線(xiàn)進(jìn)行擬合,得到JWL狀態(tài)方程參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法。研究結(jié)果表明,擬合確定的JWL狀態(tài)方程pV曲線(xiàn)比γ律狀態(tài)方程p-V曲線(xiàn)更接近標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的JWL狀態(tài)方程p-V曲線(xiàn)。利用AUTODYN軟件,采用擬合得到的5種炸藥的JWL狀態(tài)方程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JWL狀態(tài)方程對(duì)密閉空間內(nèi)爆炸進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,兩者超壓值誤差不超過(guò)5%.通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬證明了所提出的基于基因遺傳算法和γ律狀態(tài)方程的JWL狀態(tài)方程參數(shù)計(jì)算方法是合理的。
[Abstract]:The fast and accurate calculation of the parameters of JWL equation of state is of great significance to the study of new explosives. The p-V curve of 緯 law equation of state of explosive detonation product was fitted by genetic algorithm according to C-J condition and Hugoniot equation of state, and the parameters of JWL equation of state were calculated. The results show that the fitted p-V curve of the JWL equation of state is closer to the standard p-V curve of the JWL equation of state than the p-V curve of the 緯 -law equation of state. By using AUTODYN software, the JWL equation of state and the standard JWL equation of state of five kinds of explosives are used to simulate the explosion in closed space. The error of overpressure between them is not more than 5. It is proved by numerical simulation that the proposed method based on genetic algorithm and 緯 -law equation of state is reasonable for calculating the parameters of JWL equation of state.
