荔波瑤山雞NSG1基因變異檢測及與繁殖性狀關(guān)聯(lián)分析

【摘要】:為了探明NSG1(neuron specific gene family member 1,NSG1)基因與雞繁殖性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)性,以找出可作為雞繁殖性狀的重要標記,試驗選用貴州省地方雞種荔波瑤山雞,采用PCR測序法對NSG1基因進行變異檢測,并進行與繁殖性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)分析。結(jié)果表明:在荔波瑤山雞NSG1基因上檢測到2個變異位點,合并成2種單倍型。該單倍型與300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量、首次就巢持續(xù)時間、首次就巢至重新開產(chǎn)間隔、300日齡就巢次數(shù)存在極顯著相關(guān)(P0.01)。說明該位點可以作為荔波瑤山雞繁殖性狀選育的輔助選擇標記。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the relationship between NSG1(neuron specific gene family member 1 gene and reproductive traits of chicken, to find out the important marker of breeding traits of chicken, we selected Libo Yao Shan Chicken, a local chicken breed in Guizhou Province, and used PCR sequencing method to detect the variation of NSG1 gene. The correlation analysis with reproductive traits was carried out. The results showed that two mutation sites were detected on the NSG1 gene of Libo Yaoshan Chicken and combined into two haplotypes. The haplotype was significantly correlated with the number of eggs laid at 300 days of age, the duration of nest for the first time, and the number of nests at 300 days of age from the first to the first time of reopening. This locus can be used as an auxiliary selection marker for breeding traits of Libo Yao chicken.
