【摘要】：目的探討滋養(yǎng)葉細(xì)胞增殖相關(guān)基因及間質(zhì)細(xì)胞凋亡檢測在水泡狀胎塊(HM)病理診斷中的價值。方法應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)標(biāo)記技術(shù),檢測100例HM(其中完全性HM 61例,部分性HM 39例)及40例絨毛水腫的病理組織標(biāo)本滋養(yǎng)葉細(xì)胞的Ki67、Livin與Bcl-2的表達(dá),并應(yīng)用TUNEL法對絨毛間質(zhì)凋亡細(xì)胞進(jìn)行原位觀察。結(jié)果 Ki67陽性表達(dá)在絨毛水腫組、部分性HM組、完全性HM組趨勢呈逐漸增強(qiáng),各組間比較均差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);絨毛水腫組及HM組絨毛間質(zhì)內(nèi)AI指數(shù)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);Livin及Bcl-2表達(dá)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);Ki67表達(dá)與AI指數(shù)呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論間質(zhì)細(xì)胞凋亡聯(lián)合滋養(yǎng)葉細(xì)胞中Ki67表達(dá)檢測可用于HM的診斷與分型,也可用于鑒別HM與絨毛水腫。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of the detection of trophoblastic proliferation-associated genes and interstitial cell apoptosis in the pathological diagnosis of HM. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Ki67 livin and Bcl-2 in trophoblastic cells from 100 cases of HMs (including 61 cases of complete HM and 39 cases of partial HM) and 40 cases of chorionic edema. The apoptosis of villous stromal cells was observed in situ by TUNEL method. Results the positive expression of Ki67 in chorionic villous edema group, partial HM group and complete HM group was gradually increased, and there were significant differences among the three groups (P 0.05), and the AI index in chorionic villi edema group and HM group was higher than that in HM group. There was no significant difference in the expression of Livin and Bcl-2. There was a positive correlation between the expression of P0.05 and Ki67 and AI index (P 0.05). Conclusion the detection of Ki67 expression in stromal cell apoptosis combined with trophoblast can be used for the diagnosis and typing of HM and for differentiating HM from chorionic edema.
