【摘要】：目的探討瘦素受體(LEPR)基因多態(tài)性與未絕經(jīng)女性近5年體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI,)變化之間的關(guān)系。方法采用橫斷面研究,于2015年3月~6月收集四川省人民醫(yī)院體檢中心和成都雙流區(qū)婦保院體檢中心未絕經(jīng)健康女性463人,收集其一般人口學(xué)特征、人口測(cè)量指標(biāo)、日均能量攝入等信息,以5年前BMI與現(xiàn)在的BMI變化情況將研究對(duì)象分為低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)組(BMI5year24 kg/m~2→BMI_(present)24 kg/m~2BMI_5year≥24 kg/m~2→BMI_(present)24 kg/m~2)、增重至超重組(BMI_5year24kg/m~2→BMI_(present)≥24kg/m)、持續(xù)超重/肥胖組(BMI_5year≥24 kg/m2→BMI_(present)≥24kg/m~2)。采用飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜檢測(cè)LEPRrs1137100,LEPRrs1137101基因型。采用多分類Logistic回歸,估計(jì)LEPR基因多態(tài)性與未絕經(jīng)健康女性人群近5年BMI變化的關(guān)聯(lián)值(OR)。結(jié)果 LEPR rs1137100和LEPR rs1137101突變等位基因的攜帶率分別為83.3%和89.0%;調(diào)整重要的混雜因素后,攜帶LEPRrs1137100AA+AG或LEPRrs1137101AA+AG可增加發(fā)生持續(xù)超重/肥胖的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(OR=1.67,95%CI:1.02-2.73;OR=1.76,95%CI:1.01-3.07)。結(jié)論LEPRrs1137100和LEPRrs1137101基因多態(tài)性可能與未絕經(jīng)女性持續(xù)超重/肥胖有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between leptin receptor (Lepr) gene polymorphism and body mass index (BMI) in unmenopausal women in recent 5 years. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to collect 463 unmenopausal healthy women from the physical examination Center of Sichuan Provincial people's Hospital and the Medical examination Center of Shuangliu District in Chengdu from March to June 2015. The general demographic characteristics and population measurement indexes were collected.
