【摘要】：目的探討兒童幽門螺桿菌(H.pylori)臨床分離株毒力基因與抗生素耐藥之間的關(guān)系。方法從具有上消化道癥狀的90例患兒胃竇黏膜中分離培養(yǎng)H.pylori陽性菌株,采用E-test法和K-B法檢測H.pylori對抗生素耐藥性,聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)檢測H.pylori cag A、vac A及ice A基因。結(jié)果在胃竇黏膜分離培養(yǎng)的90株H.pylori菌株中,8株(8.9%)對克拉霉素耐藥,31株(34.4%)對甲硝唑耐藥,12株(13.3%)對克拉霉素和甲硝唑二重耐藥,39株(43.3%)對抗生素均不耐藥,未發(fā)現(xiàn)對阿莫西林和呋喃唑酮耐藥的H.pylori菌株;cag A基因陽性檢出率為93.3%(84/90),vac As1a、vac As1c、vac Am1和vac Am2基因陽性檢出率分別為77.8%(70/90)、22.2%(20/90)、32.2%(29/90)和67.8%(61/90),vac As1a/m1、vac As1a/m2、vac As1c/m1和vac As1c/m2基因陽性檢出率分別為30.0%(27/90)、51.1%(46/90)、3.3%(3/90)和16.7%(15/90),ice A1和ice A2基因陽性檢出率分別為87.7%(79/90)和7.8%(7/90)。H.pylori毒力基因型在克拉霉素耐藥組、甲硝唑耐藥組、克拉霉素+甲硝唑二重耐藥組和對抗生素敏感組四組間的陽性檢出率比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論兒童H.pylori臨床分離菌株毒力基因型與抗生素耐藥無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between virulence genes and antibiotic resistance of H. pylori strains in children. Methods H.pylori positive strains were isolated from antral mucosa of 90 children with upper digestive tract symptoms. The antibiotic resistance of H.pylori to antibiotics was detected by E-test and K-B methods. H.pylori cag Agnvac A and ice A genes were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
