新育三系雜交稻親本的稻瘟病抗性基因分子標(biāo)記檢測研究

【摘要】:【目的】了解不同抗病基因在育種親本材料上的分布,為選育抗病品種提供參考!痉椒ā坷门c抗稻瘟病基因ppi2、pikm和pita緊密連鎖的分子標(biāo)記檢測分析新育成的雜交水稻親本材料32份,同時(shí)進(jìn)行田間抗性鑒定!窘Y(jié)果】含有pi2、pikm和pita的有2份材料;含有pi2和pita的有12份材料;含有pikm和pita的有2份材料;含有pita的有1份材料。田間鑒定抗稻瘟病的有34份材料!窘Y(jié)論】新育三系不育系德5A和恢復(fù)系瀘恢37可作為抗病品種選育的骨干親本應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the distribution of different resistant genes in breeding parents, [methods] 32 new hybrid rice parents were detected and analyzed by molecular markers closely linked to the rice blast resistance gene ppi2pikm and pita. [results] there were 2 materials containing pi2pikm and pita, 12 materials containing pi2 and pita, 2 materials containing pikm and pita, and 1 material containing pita. [conclusion] the new three-line male sterile line De5A and the restorer line Luhui 37 can be used as backbone parents for breeding resistant varieties.
