楊樹MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族基因應(yīng)答鹽脅迫表達(dá)特性分析

【摘要】:MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族是植物中數(shù)量最多的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族之一,在植物次生代謝調(diào)節(jié)、信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)和抗逆等生物過程起重要作用。根據(jù)MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)構(gòu)域組成差異可分4個(gè)亞家族:即1R-MYB(MYB-relaed)、R2R3-MYB、3R-MYB和4R-MYB。其中,R2R3-MYB亞家族數(shù)量最多,可進(jìn)一步分為22個(gè)亞組;利用生物信息學(xué)分析楊樹MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子蛋白序列的保守結(jié)構(gòu)域、系統(tǒng)發(fā)生、基因組定位、氨基酸組成和理化性質(zhì)等;參照擬南芥MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子功能,預(yù)測楊樹MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子功能;基于84K楊轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序和RT-qPCR分析,從301個(gè)楊樹MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子基因中篩選出69個(gè)應(yīng)答鹽脅迫基因(P≤0.05)。其中,上調(diào)表達(dá)基因32個(gè),下調(diào)表達(dá)基因37個(gè)。該研究可為進(jìn)一步研究楊樹MYB家族基因功能提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:MYB transcription factor family is one of the most abundant transcription factors in plants, which plays an important role in plant secondary metabolism regulation, signal transduction and stress resistance. According to the difference of MYB transcription factor domain composition, there are four subfamilies: R2R3-MYBC3R-MYB and 4R-MYB. The number of R2R3-MYB subfamily was the most, which could be further divided into 22 subgroups. The conserved domain, phylogeny, genome location, amino acid composition and physicochemical properties of MYB transcription factor protein sequence in poplar were analyzed by bioinformatics. According to the MYB transcription factor function of Arabidopsis thaliana, the MYB transcription factor function of poplar was predicted. Based on the transcription sequence and RT-qPCR analysis of 84K poplar, 69 genes responding to salt stress were screened out of 301 MYB transcription factor genes (P 鈮,
