【摘要】：基因表達(dá)譜微陣列數(shù)據(jù)庫是一類可提供存儲、查詢、下載分析的在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)庫,在腫瘤相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究中提供了大量的數(shù)據(jù)來源。由于微陣列分析對于無生物/醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)專業(yè)背景的研究人員仍然有較多困難,致使該數(shù)據(jù)庫的使用尚未普及。本文從數(shù)據(jù)查詢、下載分析和使用方法等方面對常用基因表達(dá)譜微陣列數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行概述,并對現(xiàn)階段基因表達(dá)微陣列數(shù)據(jù)庫的應(yīng)用策略進(jìn)行總結(jié),旨在幫助該領(lǐng)域研究的初學(xué)工作者了解數(shù)據(jù)庫的基本知識并推動其在科研工作中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Gene expression microarray database is a kind of online database which can provide storage, query and download analysis. It provides a large number of data sources in tumor-related research. Since microarray analysis is still difficult for researchers with no background in biological / medical informatics, the use of the database has not been widely used. In this paper, the common gene expression microarray database is summarized from the aspects of data query, download and analysis, and the application strategy of gene expression microarray database is summarized. The purpose of this paper is to help beginners in this field to understand the basic knowledge of database and to promote its application in scientific research.
