白菜谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶基因GPX的鑒定與分析

【摘要】:為研究白菜谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GPX)基因的生物學特征,從白菜全基因組數(shù)據(jù)庫中篩選了10個GPX基因;诠_的白菜轉錄組測序數(shù)據(jù),分析了GPX基因在胚胎發(fā)育和器官中的表達情況,并且通過生物信息學手段對這10個GPX基因進行基因定位、啟動子分析、基因結構、系統(tǒng)樹構建和基因表達等研究。結果表明,Br GPX5基因的編碼區(qū)中有6個內(nèi)含子,其余基因均只有5個內(nèi)含子,說明Br GPX5基因在進化過程中獲得了一個內(nèi)含子,導致氨基酸分子量增加;另外,每個GPX基因的啟動子區(qū)都有2個及以上的E-box元件。
[Abstract]:In order to study the biological characteristics of glutathione peroxidase (Glutathione peroxidase) gene in Chinese cabbage, 10 GPX genes were screened from the whole genome database of Chinese cabbage. Based on the published transcriptome sequencing data of Chinese cabbage, the expression of GPX gene in embryonic development and organs was analyzed, and the gene location, promoter analysis and gene structure of the 10 GPX genes were analyzed by bioinformatics. Systematic tree construction and gene expression. The results showed that there were 6 introns in the coding region of the Br GPX5 gene and only 5 introns in the other genes, indicating that one intron was obtained in the evolution of the Br GPX5 gene, which resulted in the increase of the molecular weight of amino acids. Each promoter of GPX gene has two or more E-box elements.
