番茄TCP基因家族全基因組鑒定和分析

【摘要】:TCP基因家族是與植物有關(guān)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族,它對植物的生長和發(fā)育有重要作用。為了揭示番茄TCP基因家族的功能,本研究利用全基因組信息鑒定番茄TCP轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族。結(jié)果表明,番茄TCP基因家族共有36個(gè)成員;進(jìn)化分析表明,TCP基因家族可分為2組:ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ,ClassⅡ又可以分成CIN和CYC/TB1兩個(gè)小組;基因結(jié)構(gòu)分析表明,家族成員有1~3個(gè)外顯子構(gòu)成;序列分析表明這些家族成員都含有高度保守的b HLH結(jié)構(gòu)域,有的還含有R結(jié)構(gòu)域。這些結(jié)果有助于今后揭示番茄TCP基因家族成員的功能。
[Abstract]:TCP gene family is a family of transcription factors related to plants, which plays an important role in plant growth and development. In order to reveal the function of tomato TCP gene family, the whole genome information was used to identify tomato TCP transcription factor family.
