【摘要】：同源異型框(homeobox,HoX)基因是具有較高遺傳等級并能控制細(xì)胞分化和形態(tài)發(fā)育的重要基因。同源異型框基因主要在胚胎時(shí)期高度表達(dá),對胚胎的發(fā)育、分化及對肢體結(jié)構(gòu)和器官發(fā)育有重要影響。同源異型框基因Prrx主要包括3種,分別是Prrx1、Prrx2和Prrx3。Prrx基因家族在人和鼠的腭裂、頜骨、四肢、脛腓骨的組織發(fā)育中有重要作用,并與大腦、脊髓、神經(jīng)、心臟等器官的發(fā)育密切相關(guān)。其中Prrx1和Prrx2基因主要參與胚胎中骨骼和心血管系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育,如四肢、顱面、軟骨和動(dòng)脈管。Prrx3基因主要參與胚胎中骨、軟骨、大腦、脊髓等的發(fā)育。文章針對Prrx基因的功能進(jìn)行概述,以期為這些基因功能的研究及相關(guān)疾病的防控提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Homologous homeobox (HoX) gene is an important gene with high genetic grade and can control cell differentiation and morphological development. Homologous frame genes are highly expressed in embryonic period, and have important effects on embryo development, differentiation and limb structure and organ development. Homologous frame gene Prrx mainly includes 3 species, which are Pr, respectively. Rx1, Prrx2 and Prrx3.Prrx gene families play an important role in the development of human and rat cleft palate, jaw, limbs, and tibia and fibula, and are closely related to the development of the brain, spinal cord, nerve and heart. The Prrx1 and Prrx2 genes are mainly involved in the development of the embryonic skeleton and the heart blood tube system, such as the extremities, craniofacial, cartilage and arterial tube.Prrx3. The gene is mainly involved in the development of the embryonic bone, cartilage, brain, and spinal cord. The article summarizes the function of Prrx gene in order to provide some reference for the research of these gene functions and the prevention and control of the related diseases.
