【摘要】：苜蓿尺蠖核型多角體病毒(Ac MNPV)芋螺毒素類似多肽(CTL)具有酚氧化酶抑制劑活性,在農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲的生物防治領(lǐng)域具有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。為了揭示桿狀病毒ctl基因的進(jìn)化特點(diǎn),對(duì)桿狀病毒CTLs進(jìn)行多序列比對(duì)分析和分類研究。結(jié)果表明,桿狀病毒CTLs可分為Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型,2種類型的CTLs都具有相同的二硫鍵骨架,但涉及昆蟲酚氧化酶抑制劑活性的酪氨酸殘基在2種類型CTLs中的數(shù)目、位置明顯不同;另外,Ⅰ型CTLs、Ⅱ型CTLs的理化性質(zhì)也存在明顯差異,疏水性氨基酸平均含量分別為29.7%、21.3%,凈電荷平均值分別為-3.56、+0.507,等電點(diǎn)平均值分別為3.86、7.32。由此推測(cè),Ⅰ型CTLs、Ⅱ型CTLs在功能上可能存在著重要分化。
