【摘要】：基因影像學現有研究大多只重視腦部感興趣區(qū)域的特征提取,而針對腦區(qū)與腦區(qū)之間相互關聯這種連接性特征的研究工作相對較少.最近的研究顯示使用結構化的網絡模型量化腦區(qū)之間的復雜連接可以更好地反映大腦的綜合特性.因此,文中提出基于超網絡的稀疏多任務典型相關分析算法.首先使用稀疏表示的方法從功能核磁共振圖像(f MRI)的時間序列中建立超網絡,然后從超網絡中提取3種聚類系數作為腦影像特征,最后采用稀疏多任務典型相關分析求得基因與3種影像特征之間的關聯.在ADNI數據集上的實驗證明文中算法不僅有助于提高基因與影像之間關聯分析的能力,還可以發(fā)現一些與疾病密切相關的遺傳風險因素.
[Abstract]:Most of the current researches on gene imaging only focus on the feature extraction of regions of interest to the brain, but there are relatively few studies on the connective characteristics of the interrelation between brain regions and brain regions. Recent studies have shown that the use of structured network models to quantify complex connections between brain regions can better reflect the integrated characteristics of the brain. Therefore, a sparse multitask canonical correlation analysis algorithm based on supernetwork is proposed. Firstly, a supernetwork is established from the time series of the functional nuclear magnetic resonance image (fMRI) by sparse representation, and then three clustering coefficients are extracted from the supernetwork as the features of the brain image. Finally, sparse multitask canonical correlation analysis is used to find the correlation between genes and three image features. Experiments on the ADNI dataset show that the proposed algorithm can not only improve the ability of correlation analysis between gene and image, but also find some genetic risk factors closely related to disease.
