楊樹PtROP家族基因的表達(dá)分析與功能預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:[目的]為探究ROP基因在林木中的功能。[方法]本研究以楊樹為模式,在全基因組水平上對(duì)ROP基因的家族成員、基因結(jié)構(gòu)、保守結(jié)構(gòu)域、氨基酸序列相似性及表達(dá)模式進(jìn)行了分析。[結(jié)果]顯示,楊樹PtROP基因家族包含13個(gè)成員,不同成員間在進(jìn)化上相對(duì)保守,均存在與GTP結(jié)合與水解相關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)域。這些基因在不同組織、不同脅迫條件下的表達(dá)具有明顯差異,說明它們參與不同的生物學(xué)過程。通過構(gòu)建功能基因網(wǎng)絡(luò)(functional gene network for poplar)發(fā)現(xiàn)PtROP基因主要參與了信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過程。[結(jié)論]楊樹PtROP基因家族包含13個(gè)成員參與不同的生物學(xué)過程,可能主要參與了信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過程。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to explore the function of ROP gene in forest trees. [Methods] the study was based on poplar as a model. The family members, gene structure, conservative domain, amino acid sequence similarity and expression pattern of ROP gene were analyzed at the whole genome level. [results] show that the PtROP gene family of poplar contains 13 members, and the different members are entering. It is relatively conservative. There are domains related to GTP binding and hydrolysis. These genes have obvious differences in different tissues and stress conditions, indicating that they participate in different biological processes. By constructing functional gene network (functional gene network for poplar), the PtROP gene is mainly involved in signal transduction. [Conclusion] poplar PtROP gene family contains 13 members involved in different biological processes, which may be involved in signal transduction process.
