【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)基因檢測是轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全監(jiān)管的重要環(huán)節(jié)。目前需要一種適合于大規(guī)模篩查的快速檢測轉(zhuǎn)基因成分的方法,以擴大轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全的監(jiān)測范圍。免疫層析試紙條是一種快速免疫分析技術(shù),是目前常用的快速檢測方法之一,具有操作簡單、樣品量少、檢測快速、成本低等優(yōu)點,已在醫(yī)學(xué)、食品和環(huán)境等多個領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用。介紹了免疫層析試紙條的組成結(jié)構(gòu)、檢測原理及免疫標(biāo)記物,并總結(jié)了其在轉(zhuǎn)基因檢測方面的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Transgenic detection is an important link in the safety supervision of transgenic organisms. There is a need for a rapid detection method for GMO components suitable for mass screening in order to expand the scope of GMO biosafety monitoring. Immunochromatographic test strip is a rapid immunoassay technique. It is one of the commonly used rapid detection methods. It has the advantages of simple operation, small sample quantity, fast detection, low cost and so on. Food and environment are widely used in many fields. In this paper, the composition, detection principle and immunomarkers of immunochromatographic test strip are introduced, and the research progress in transgenic detection is summarized.
