雷蒙德氏棉LBD基因家族的鑒定及進(jìn)化表達(dá)分析

【摘要】:家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子是后基因組時(shí)代的研究熱點(diǎn)。植物中的家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子參與調(diào)控了許多重要的生物學(xué)過程,包括形態(tài)建成、信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)、環(huán)境應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。植物特有的(lateral organ boundaries domain,LBD)/ASL(ASYMMETRIC LEAVES2-LIKE)家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子包含保守的類似鋅指結(jié)構(gòu)CX2CX6CX3C基序,在調(diào)控?cái)M南芥、水稻、玉米等模式植物生長發(fā)育過程中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。然而,對于棉花LBD基因的功能目前我們還知之甚少。本研究從雷蒙德氏棉基因組中鑒定出66個(gè)LBD基因,不均勻的分布在13條染色體上。這些基因可分為ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ兩大類,細(xì)分為Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅰc、Ⅰd、Ⅱa和Ⅱb等6個(gè)亞類。該家族基因結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,外顯子數(shù)目不超過3個(gè)。從雷蒙德氏棉LBD家族成員中共找出15段保守基序,并對(lateral organ boundaries,LOB)結(jié)構(gòu)域的保守性進(jìn)行了分析;虮磉_(dá)模式分析揭示出雷蒙德氏棉LBD基因家族的表達(dá)具有一定時(shí)空特異性。本研究為今后雷蒙德氏棉LBD基因功能的驗(yàn)證奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
