溫度對(duì)裂殖壺菌S31中FAS及PKS基因轉(zhuǎn)錄水平的影響

【摘要】:以甘油為碳源,測(cè)定了搖瓶中裂殖壺菌S31進(jìn)入脂質(zhì)積累期后,溫度對(duì)胞內(nèi)油脂脂肪酸組成以及FAS和PKS基因轉(zhuǎn)錄水平的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)裂殖壺菌進(jìn)入脂質(zhì)積累階段后,提高發(fā)酵溫度到30℃會(huì)減少藻油中DHA的含量,FAS基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄水平比PKS基因的更高;同時(shí),降低發(fā)酵溫度到20℃會(huì)提高裂殖壺菌S31藻油DHA的含量,PKS基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄水平顯著高于FAS基因的。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,溫度對(duì)PKS和FAS基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄水平有顯著的影響,從而決定裂殖壺菌S31中藻油脂肪酸組成的變化。
