【摘要】：正腫瘤的發(fā)生是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的病理過程,涉及多個(gè)因素。其內(nèi)外因素及分子生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)涉及多種癌基因和抑癌基因的異常表達(dá)。近些年來,Axl及其配體生長停滯特異性基因(Gas)6成為研究熱點(diǎn)之一。兩者在多種腫瘤中表達(dá),對(duì)基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)起重要作用,并參與腫瘤細(xì)胞生長、凋亡、黏附能力改變等活動(dòng)[1]。本文就Axl及其配體蛋白Gas6與腫瘤關(guān)系的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。1 Axl與Gas6的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
[Abstract]:The occurrence of positive tumors is a complicated pathological process involving many factors.Its internal and external factors and molecular biological basis are related to the abnormal expression of many oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.In recent years, axl and its ligand growth retardation specific gene Gas1 6 have become one of the research hotspots.They are expressed in many kinds of tumors, and play an important role in the regulation of gene transcription. They also participate in the growth, apoptosis and the change of adhesion ability of tumor cells [1].In this review, the structural characteristics of Axl and its ligand protein Gas6 and their relationship with tumor were reviewed. 1 Axl and Gas6.
