飼喂生物發(fā)酵飼料對延邊黃牛背最長肌FABP4、CAPN1基因表達的影響

【摘要】:試驗旨在研究育肥后期飼糧中添加生物發(fā)酵飼料對延邊黃牛背最長肌組織中FABP4、CAPN1基因表達量的影響。選擇12頭平均體重(545.55±27.00)kg的體健無病延邊黃牛閹牛,隨機分成試驗組和對照組,每組6頭。試驗組每頭牛飼喂生物發(fā)酵飼料2 kg/d,對照組不飼喂生物發(fā)酵飼料,試驗組和對照組的基礎日糧營養(yǎng)水平基本相同。預飼期10 d,正式期90 d。試驗結束后,分別從試驗組與對照組各隨機選取3頭牛,在第14肋骨處采取背最長肌一小塊,采用熒光定量聚合酶鏈式反應(RT-PCR)技術檢測樣品中FABP4、CAPN1基因表達量。結果表明:試驗組中FABP4 mRNA的表達量是對照組的2.27倍,FABP4基因mRNA的表達量極顯著高于對照組(P0.01)。CAPN1 mRNA的表達量試驗組高于對照組,差異顯著(P0.05)。綜上所述,在育肥后期飼糧中添加生物發(fā)酵飼料可顯著提高FABP4、CAPN1基因在延邊黃牛背最長肌中的表達量。
[Abstract]:The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of biological fermentation diet on the expression of FABP4 CAPN1 gene in longissimus dorsi muscle tissue of Yanbian cattle at the later stage of fattening.Twelve healthy and disease-free Yanbian cattle with average body weight of 545.55 鹵27.00)kg were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 6 in each group.The experimental group was fed biofilm feed for 2 kg / d, while the control group was not fed the biological fermented feed. The nutritional level of the basic diet in the experimental group and the control group was basically the same.The prefeeding period was 10 days and the formal period was 90 days.At the end of the experiment, three cattle were randomly selected from the experimental group and the control group, and a piece of the longissimus dorsi muscle was taken at the 14th rib. The expression of FABP4CAPN1 gene was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique.The results showed that the expression of FABP4 mRNA in the experimental group was 2.27 times higher than that in the control group. The mRNA expression of FABP4 gene in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The expression of CAPN1 mRNA in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P 0.05).In conclusion, the expression of FABP4 and CAPN1 gene in the longissimus dorsi muscle of Yanbian cattle was significantly increased by adding biological fermentative feed to the diet at the later stage of fattening.
