枇杷ASR基因分離及其在果實(shí)發(fā)育中的表達(dá)分析

【摘要】:分離了枇杷ASR(abscisic acid,stress and ripening-induced)cDNA全長基因EjASR1,該基因長為877bp,含有1個(gè)822bp的開放閱讀框,編碼241個(gè)氨基酸。EjASR1基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)與荔枝、甜橙親緣關(guān)系較近,與水稻等親緣關(guān)系較遠(yuǎn)。熒光定量RT-PCR分析顯示,EjASR1表達(dá)量隨著果實(shí)發(fā)育呈上升趨勢,在果實(shí)發(fā)育后期EjASR1的表達(dá)量顯著高于發(fā)育前期,表明該基因與成熟相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The full-length gene EjASR1 of ASR(abscisic acidinstress and ripening-induced)cDNA was isolated. The gene was 877bplong and contained an open reading frame of 822bp. The protein encoding 241 amino acid. EjASR1 gene was closely related to litchi and sweet orange, and was far related to rice and so on.Fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression of EjASR1 increased with fruit development, and the expression of EjASR1 was significantly higher in the later stage of fruit development than in the early stage of fruit development, indicating that the expression of EjASR1 was related to maturation.
