【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評價ADD1基因Gly460Trp多態(tài)性與原發(fā)性高血壓發(fā)病風(fēng)險的相關(guān)性。方法查計算機檢索Pub Med、Embase、CBM、VIP、Wanfang Data和CNKI,查找關(guān)于ADD1基因Gly460Trp多態(tài)性與原發(fā)性高血壓發(fā)病相關(guān)性的病例對照研究,檢索時限均為各數(shù)據(jù)庫建庫至2015年8月。由兩名評價員同時進行文獻篩選及資料提取,采用Stata 12.0軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入文獻43篇,包括12 309例原發(fā)性高血壓患者,13 833例對照。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,ADD1基因Gly460Trp多態(tài)性與原發(fā)性高血壓之間的相關(guān)性在等位基因模型(T vs.G:OR=1.10,95%CI:1.03~1.17)、顯性基因模型(TT+GT vs.GG:OR=1.10,95%CI:1.00~1.20)、隱性基因模型(TT vs.GG+GT:OR=1.17,95%CI:1.07~1.29)和純合子模型(TT vs.GG:OR=1.20,95%CI:1.06~1.35)中有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,尤其是在亞洲人群中。結(jié)論本Meta分析表明,ADD1基因Gly460Trp位點多態(tài)性與原發(fā)性高血壓發(fā)病風(fēng)險有相關(guān)性,尤其是亞洲人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the association of ADD1 gene Gly460Trp polymorphism with the risk of essential hypertension.Methods the Data and CNKI of Pub Medbase were searched by computer, and the correlation between Gly460Trp polymorphism of ADD1 gene and the incidence of essential hypertension was searched. The time limit of searching for each database was to August 2015.Literature screening and data extraction were carried out by two evaluators at the same time.
