【摘要】：AP2基因家族是與植物有關(guān)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族,它廣泛地參與到植物的多個生物學(xué)過程中,同時調(diào)控生物和非生物脅迫反應(yīng)以及植物次生代謝產(chǎn)物合成。為了揭示甘薯AP2基因家族的生物學(xué)信息,利用生物信息學(xué)的方法鑒定了甘薯AP2基因家族的成員,并從理化性質(zhì)、亞細胞定位、跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)、二級結(jié)構(gòu)、三級結(jié)構(gòu)等九個方面對甘薯AP2基因家族成員進行了預(yù)測和分析。這些研究結(jié)果為進一步研究甘薯AP2基因家族成員的功能提供了參考依據(jù),同時在生產(chǎn)實踐中也具有一定的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:AP2 gene family is a family of transcription factors related to plants. It is widely involved in many biological processes of plants and regulates biotic and abiotic stress responses as well as the synthesis of plant secondary metabolites.In order to reveal the biological information of AP2 gene family in sweet potato, the members of AP2 gene family in sweet potato were identified by bioinformatics, and their physical and chemical properties, subcellular localization, transmembrane structure and secondary structure were analyzed.The members of AP2 gene family in sweet potato were predicted and analyzed from nine aspects such as tertiary structure.These results provide reference basis for further study on the function of AP2 gene family members in sweet potato, and also have certain application value in production practice.
