三個胡楊SnRK基因的克隆和序列分析

【摘要】:蔗糖非依賴1蛋白激酶(sucrose non-fermenting-1-related protein kinase,Sn RK)是廣泛存在于植物中的一類Ser/Thr蛋白激酶,參與各種脅迫信號傳導通路,對植物抵御不良環(huán)境起到重要作用。本研究根據(jù)胡楊轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序結(jié)果克隆出了三條Sn RK基因,進行序列對比和系統(tǒng)進化分析預測其基因功能。結(jié)果顯示這三個胡楊Sn RK基因?qū)儆赟n RK2家族成員,三個胡楊Sn RK基因又與AtSnRK2.2、AtSnRK2.3、AtSnRK2.6序列相似性較高,可能在逆境應(yīng)答過程中具有重要功能。胡楊Sn RK的功能預測和分析,將為進一步研究林木非生物逆境脅迫響應(yīng)機制奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Sucrose non-fermenting-1-related protein kinaseSn-RK is a kind of Ser/Thr protein kinase widely found in plants, which participates in various stress signal transduction pathways and plays an important role in plant resistance to adverse environment.In this study, three Sn RK genes were cloned according to the results of transcriptome sequencing of Populus euphratica, and their gene functions were predicted by sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that these three poplar Sn RK genes belong to the Sn RK2 family, and the three poplar Sn RK genes are similar to AtSnRK2.2 and AtSnRK2.3 / AtSnRK2.6 sequences, which may play an important role in the process of stress response.The functional prediction and analysis of Sn RK of Populus euphratica will lay a foundation for further study on the response mechanism of abiotic tree to stress.
