66份青海審定小麥及86份人工合成小麥抗稈銹病小種Ug99的基因組成分析

【摘要】:為了分析抗稈銹病小種Ug99的基因在青海審定小麥和新合成的人工小麥中的分布狀況,采用6個抗Ug99基因(Sr33、Sr36、Sr39、Sr40、Sr42、Sr43)的分子標(biāo)記對青海省審定的66個小麥品種及86份人工合成小麥材料進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果表明:在青海審定的66個小麥品種中,有4個品種含Sr33,占檢測品種數(shù)的6.06%;1個品種含Sr39,占檢測品種數(shù)的1.52%;5個品種含Sr40,占檢測品種數(shù)的7.58%;4個品種含Sr42,占檢測品種數(shù)的6.06%;3個品種含Sr43,占檢測品種數(shù)的4.55%;同時含有2個抗性基因的品種僅有2個,占檢測品種數(shù)的3.03%。在86份合成小麥材料中,有38份材料含Sr33,占檢測材料的44.19%;31份材料含Sr39,占檢測材料的36.05%;9份材料含Sr40,占檢測材料的10.47%;3份材料含Sr42,占檢測材料的3.49%;6份材料含Sr43,占檢測材料的6.98%;同時含有2種抗性基因的材料有17份,占檢測材料的19.77%。在66個小麥品種和86份人工合成小麥材料均未檢測出Sr36。人工合成小麥提供Ug99抗病基因資源,對改良普通小麥Ug99抗病性具有潛在價值。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the distribution of Ug99 gene of culm rust resistant race in Qinghai validated wheat and newly synthesized artificial wheat, A total of 66 wheat varieties and 86 synthetic wheat varieties in Qinghai Province were identified by molecular markers of 6 Ug99 resistant genes, Sr33ONSr36ONSr39, Sr40, Sr42nr42Sr43. the results showed that, among the 66 wheat varieties approved in Qinghai, the results showed that, in Qinghai Province, 66 wheat varieties were selected and the results were as follows: (1) in Qinghai province, 66 wheat varieties were identified. Four varieties contain Sr33, accounting for 6.06% of the number of tested varieties; one variety contains Sr39, accounting for 1.522% of the number of tested varieties; five varieties contain Sr40, accounting for 7.58% of the number of tested varieties; four varieties contain Sr42, accounting for 6.06% of the number of tested varieties; three varieties contain Sr43, accounting for 4.55% of the number of tested varieties; and at the same time, There are only two varieties with two resistance genes, Out of 86 synthetic wheat materials, There were 38 materials containing Sr33, 31 materials accounting for 44.19% of the testing materials, 31 materials containing Sr39, nine materials accounting for 36.05% of the testing materials, nine materials containing Sr40, three materials accounting for 10.47% of the testing materials, three materials containing Sr42, six materials accounting for 3.4949% of the testing materials, accounting for 6.98% of the testing materials, and two kinds of resistant materials. There are 17 genetic materials. Sr36 was not detected in 66 wheat varieties and 86 synthetic wheat materials. Synthetic wheat provided Ug99 resistance gene resources and had potential value in improving Ug99 resistance of common wheat.
