中國高等教育自信:現(xiàn)實(shí)基

【摘要】:我國高等教育大眾化水平持續(xù)提升,高校科學(xué)研究與科技創(chuàng)新能力不斷增強(qiáng),國際影響力不斷擴(kuò)大以及國際交流與合作不斷深入等發(fā)展成績構(gòu)成了中國高等教育自信的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。對人類文明具有積極意義的中國傳統(tǒng)文化、世界領(lǐng)先的中國古代高等教育、源遠(yuǎn)流長的中國教育思想是中國高等教育自信的文化基因。堅(jiān)持黨對高等教育的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、堅(jiān)定社會主義辦學(xué)方向、堅(jiān)守高等教育發(fā)展的中國特色是中國高等教育自信的制度優(yōu)勢。我們要建成世界高等教育強(qiáng)國、建構(gòu)中國高等教育話語權(quán)體系、立足中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出高等教育發(fā)展的中國方案、扎根中國大地吸收人類優(yōu)秀文明成果辦好中國特色社會主義大學(xué),提升中國高等教育自信。
[Abstract]:The popularization of higher education in China continues to improve, and the ability of scientific research and scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities is continuously enhanced. The expansion of international influence and the deepening of international exchanges and cooperation constitute the realistic foundation of China's higher education confidence. The traditional Chinese culture, which is of positive significance to human civilization, and the world's leading ancient Chinese higher education, Chinese educational thought, which has a long history, is a cultural gene of confidence in Chinese higher education. It adheres to the Party's leadership over higher education and firmly upholds the socialist direction of running a school. Adhering to the Chinese characteristics of the development of higher education is the institutional advantage of China's higher education confidence. We should build a powerful country in higher education in the world, construct a discourse system of Chinese higher education, and put forward a Chinese plan for the development of higher education based on Chinese experience. Take root in China and absorb the achievements of human civilization to run socialist universities with Chinese characteristics and enhance the confidence of Chinese higher education.
